  4.  A Radius is simply a system run by MCI
  5.  that  allows  you   to  ring   certain 
  6.  countries, you can call  most European
  7.  Countries except SWEDEN and W.GERMANY.
  8.  You dial via AT&T or MCI and give them
  9.  type direct line number of the Radius,
  10.  they contact  you and  you have to put 
  11.  in a five  digit code  then the number
  12.  you want to call, very  easy but again 
  13.  hard to get.
